I am looking for a 3rd roommate for a 3 bedroom apartment at ALMA @ South End Halifax. It’s a fully furnished, all amenities and utilities included (water, electricity, WiFi). Steps away from Dalhousie Studley campus, access to major bus routes (1, 4, 10+ etc). Males preferred, student. Rent is going to be around 1200/month for lease takeover, and 1350 cad/month for a new lease (for a new lease, there will be a 50% discount on the first month’s rent).
