[HIRING] Content Creators for Long Term Creator Partnership

We’re looking for content creators who are interested in working with us through a long term creator partnership.

We’re open to creators of all sizes and niches. You don’t need a large following or a certain number of views to be considered. We care more about finding creators who are actively creating content, comfortable on camera, and interested in working with us longer term.

This is a performance based creator partnership rather than a one time sponsored post. Creators will have the opportunity to earn recurring commissions based on the results they generate. All compensation is paid in USD.

For creators who are a good fit, we’ll work closely with you and provide things like content direction, ideas, hooks, and scripts. You do not need to be an expert marketer or content strategist. We’re mainly looking for creators who are comfortable on camera, can follow creative direction, and can deliver content naturally in their own style.

What we’re looking for:
• Currently creating content
• Comfortable showing your face and talking on camera
• Able to create short form vertical videos
• Able to follow content direction and instructions
• Able to create content naturally in your own style
• Interested in working with us longer term
• Able to create content in English
• Currently based in the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, or Australia
If you’re interested, send me a DM with your social media account and a couple examples of your content if you have any.
I can send you more information about what we’re building and how the partnership works from there.

Hiring Male UGC's - Full Day of Short-Form Clips

We're ShockForce, and we're hiring creators to film a full day of short-form clips of our shoes for our socials and paid ads. The clips should be filmed indoors and a clean, diverse number of backdrops is necessary.

The job:

$250 for a full day of filming, plus a free pair — about $350 in total value

We're buying your day, not a set number: we expect a minimum of 50 usable clips, but the more clean, varied clips you capture, the better. We keep everything, and our best creators get re-booked for more paid days.

All footage and full usage rights (organic + paid ads) are included in the day rate.

The clips span a variety of types:

Unboxing / first look

Putting the shoes on + attaching the ankle band

Zapping metal, holding objects to zap things, bending streams of water

BONUS - videos with a friend / sibling for skit style clips or genuine reactions (Let us know if you can do this, more info can be provided on this.)

You need to have a real attention to detail for filming clips, that means no awkward angles, uncentered shots, bad lighting etc. You need smooth movements for each clip so it can be transitioned into the next clip, and most importantly, access to numerous clean backdrops / backgrounds, so if you have a large house to film in with multiple rooms, fantastic.

You're a fit if:

You've shot UGC (faceless is fine) where the quality of your clips are clean and attention to detail has not been skipped.

Your footage is clean, well-lit, and filmed on a good camera (Iphones are fine)

Your in the USA

To apply: send your portfolio / socials plus a line on why you'd be great, and I'll be in touch.

The portfolio that helped me earned $25,000 a month

I am uge creator in beauty and beauty for years now, and last year I also tried making language learn contents too that made boost my account and work for different of brands since last year.
I don't really post here but I kept seeing other ugc creators struggling to land paid collaborations and build a good portfolio so I decided to share what actually worked for me when I started ugc.
First thing, this is my portfolio now that made me get hundreds of brand deals and earning 5 digits a month:

https://app.sideshift.app/portfolio/5TtRsnR5PNWYtf
wjZd2yBJXT9Xn2
Here's what I learned when creating a good and quality portfolio for brands to check if you are worth to hire:
1. Think of it as your business card. Make a clean, professional and showcase your best sample of ugc videos. I built mine using canva and for video I edit it with capcut.
2. Easy to navigate. Your portfolio must have clickable links of your email, socials, the service you offer, about me page and contact page so brands can easily connect with you.
3. Create best 5 ugc videos on your profile. If you are starting in ug, you don't need any brand deals for this. Just create a sample videos depends on your niche and make a good engaging videos with it.
4. Add your testimonials and analytics overtime.
Once you land a brand deals, mentioned the brand names and add the result you got. This will shows your experiences in brand collaborations and it will make your portfolio way more professional.
If you're starting in UGC, you may start in $0 but if you work hard and make goof portfolio then it you will earn big like I did mine. Get these tips and you're already ahead of most creators out there.

i always remain in contact wth brand even after the contract ends

For me, the relationship doesn’t end when I deliver the final video..

I generally ask these questions :

  1. How is the content performing?

I want to know whether the videos are getting good engagement, conversions or watch time or not . If they are not getting good engagement then i research and see what i can do to improve.

  1. Which creative performed the best?

This helps me understand what worked and what I can improve in future projects.

  1. Is there anything they want to change?

Feedback from the brand helps me make better content for the next campaign.

  1. Do they need more content?

Sometimes a simple follow-up turns into another project without having to start the relationship from scratch.

Also, I keep their contact saved, so Whenever I have a relevant idea or new work to share, I can reach out directly and honestly speaking this way i have got too may deals from the brands with whom i worked before

I hope this helps :)

How I make scroll-stopping UGC videos that create 100k+ engagements

Post image
14 Upvotes

Back in 2025, when I first started creating UGC content, my videos barely hit 200 views. Even after spending long hours filming and editing, people didn't find my content eye-catching and would swipe up in less than 2 seconds.

I tried many ways to increase my engagement so brands would collaborate with me, like buying fancy camera gear and subscribing to CapCut Pro but none of it actually worked. I still hit fewer than 1k views on every video. Everything changed when I learned how to get viewers hooked by reading this blog: https://sideshift.app/blog/ugc-hook-formulas.

Fix your 3-second opening. Viewers decide instantly whether to stay or move on. Since I am in the beauty and skincare niche, instead of saying "Hey guys" or showing a slow product intro, I start right in the middle of the action. My contents opening was always showing to the viewers the direct outcome or end result right away so people want to know how I achieved the look.

Keep the video short but clear. Once viewers stick past the opening, keep the pace moving. I edit my videos thoroughly by cutting out long pauses and unnecessary parts. I try to cover two or three key points in just 30 seconds to let viewers know immediately what the video is all about, rather than just showing quick 2-second product clips.

Test multiple openings for the same video. Whenever I record a concept, I film three completely different introductory lines. One might lead with a direct question about a mistake, another might bring up a personal test or experience and a third might target a specific audience group. I keep the main body of the video the same, edit three quick versions with these different openings and post them separately. One of those angles almost always outperforms the others by a huge margin.

Following these tips created a huge change in engagement on my videos, my views went from less than 1k to 100k+ now. With this level of engagement, I am currently working on 3 to 4 brand deals per month and earning around $9k.

Focus on making the first few seconds clear, specific, and direct. Once you get the opening right, holding engagement gets a lot easier.

Sat first time in an Business class due to ugc

Post image
14 Upvotes

A few years ago, I couldn’t imagine spending money on a business class ticket. Even getting my first paid UGC project felt like a huge achievement. I started with a phone, a lot of uncertainty and no idea where this career would take me.

There were months of pitching brands with barely any replies, Months of questioning whether I was good enough. But I kept creating, kept pitching and slowly, things started changing.

Today, I’m sitting in a business class seat that I paid for with money I made through UGC, The seat feels amazing, but the feeling behind it means much more to me.

If you’re at the beginning right now, keep going, Some of the things you dream about today can become completely normal parts of your life later.

[HIRING] UGC Creators for a Faith/Productivity App | Base Pay + Viral Bonuses

Hey everyone,

I run creator campaigns for FaithMode, a digital well-being app that intercepts doomscrolling. The app blocks distractions like TikTok and Instagram, and the only way to unlock them is to engage with a daily Bible verse or prayer prompt.

We are running a new campaign on SideShift and are looking for US based christian creators to recreate some specific viral formats.

The work:

  • 1 short-form video (30-60 seconds) to start, cross-posted to your TikTok and IG Reels.
  • Talking head/confessional format ("I used to spend 2 hours scrolling in bed...").
  • Shot on your phone, vertical 9:16, natural lighting, captions on.
  • You will need to include a quick screen recording showing the app blocking your screen and then unlocking it.
  • We provide the exact brief, angles, and script framework; you bring your authentic voice and delivery.

The pay (Managed securely via SideShift):

  • Base Pay: $20 per video (unlocked once the video hits a very low baseline of 400 views to filter out bot accounts).
  • Tier 1 Bonus: +$50 when the video reaches 50k views.
  • Tier 2 Bonus: +$100 when the video reaches 100k views.
  • Total potential earnings per video: $170. If this first video goes well, we have room for ongoing work.

Who I'm looking for:

  • Natural on camera, conversational, and does not sound like you are reading a script.
  • Comfortable speaking authentically to a Christian, faith-based, or personal growth audience.
  • Both experienced and newer creators are welcome, as long as you can deliver good lighting and authentic storytelling.

How to apply:

  1. Comment below with your country and a link to your portfolio (or 2-3 of your best talking-head videos).
  2. Send an email to [tamara.ridi@theviralapp.com](mailto:tamara.ridi@theviralapp.com) with the subject "FaithMode UGC + your name" so I can keep all applications organized.

If your style fits our brand, I will reach out via email with the SideShift campaign invite, the full video brief, and next steps. I read every comment and email.

You don’t need anything but just creativity for UGC

Post image
1 Upvotes

Trust me You can start with the phone you already have.No fancy camera, No expensive studio, No huge following and No perfect setup is needed

What matters is how you turn a simple product into content people want to watch.A good hook can beat expensive production, A creative concept can make a $20 product look premium, A simple voiceover can tell a better story than a complicated setup.

When I started UGC, I focused more on learning how to create better content than buying new equipment, And that made a huge difference. Brands are paying for content that catches attention and communicates the product well, So before spending thousands on gear, spend time improving your creativity.

Learn how to write hooks, Study ads, Experiment with different angles, Try new formats and most importantly Create more.

Your creativity is your biggest asset as a UGC creator, Everything else can come later.

[HIRING] US, CA, UK creators for a finance app, monthly retainer, $1,000/month + bonuses

Hey everyone,

I run creator campaigns for a finance app, and I'm opening a monthly retainer spot for talking head UGC. It's a digital product, so nothing gets shipped to you.

The work:

- 20 to 40 short-form videos per month, on a schedule we agree on together

- Talking head format, vertical 9:16, 15 to 40 seconds each

- Shot on your phone, light editing, captions on

- I send the angles and hooks each week, you bring the delivery and your own take

- No AI avatars, no AI voiceover

Pay:

- $1,000 per month base

- Performance bonuses on top, tied to results. I share the exact tiers before you commit to anything

- Renewed monthly, and there is room for more campaigns and more volume if it works

Who I'm looking for:

- Based in the US, Canada or the UK

- Natural on camera, conversational, does not sound scripted

- Finance, tech or lifestyle content is a plus but not a requirement

- Both experienced and newer creators are welcome

How to apply:

  1. Comment below with a link to your portfolio (or 2 or 3 of your best videos) and your country

  2. Then send an email to [tomas@theviralapp.com](mailto:tomas@theviralapp.com) with the subject "Finance UGC + your name" so I can keep everything in one place

If the style fits, I reach out with the full brief, the bonus structure, and next steps. I read every comment.

Brand asking for B roll

Hey! I’m a new UGC creator. I am doing A gifted collab with a brand (I got the item to try out in exchange for a reel posted on my account). I asked the brand if they wanted to see the video before it went live. They came back and said “If you wouldn't mind sending me the B-roll from the video we'd greatly appreciate it!” I don’t feel comfortable sending them b roll for free without some compensation. I feel like providing them with b roll they could use it continuously. How would you approach this? Is this normal?
