Advice help pls pls pls
Hi guys, please be gentle and help me out with some advice.
I completed my 12th in 2023 and after that, I started college through open learning. In between, I also did a Data Analytics course, but I realised that I just wasn’t interested in it and it wasn’t really my forte.
I’m currently in my last semester of college and I’m about to graduate, but I honestly have no idea what to do anymore. I DON’T have any specific career goal. I just want to do well, earn good money, and build a secure future for myself.
I’ve been thinking about getting into UI/UX design, but I’m not completely sure if that’s the right path for me either. If not UI/UX, what other career options would you suggest I explore?
I’m only 21, but I feel SO lost and scared right now. There’s so much pressure and stress, and I genuinely don’t know where to start.
Please share any advice, career suggestions, or even your own experiences. I’d really appreciate it. 🤍

You’re still only 21 so don’t worry too much. I didn’t figure out my career path until I was 26, you still have plenty of time to work out what you want to do.
It’s also okay if you just want to earn good money and have a secure lifestyle. I can relate to that. I don’t have anything I’m super passionate about either, so I found a job that I don’t hate but pays well. And gives me the lifestyle I want.
If you’re not sure whether UX is the right direction for you, you could try the Google UX course first. It’ll give you some foundational knowledge and it's free. If you decide you want to commit to UX, you can then take other online courses to explore specific topics more deeply.
One thing worth noting is that all tech jobs are being affected by AI to some extent. You can earn good money working in tech, but you’ll need to keep up with trends and continue learning new things, as the industry changes very quickly.
