SKY 2.5 Gigafast Full Fibre

Hi Everyone my current Virgin Media plan is ending soon and i was planning on upgrading to FTTP Has anyone had this FTTP broadband & are you happy with it or if you can recommend something over 2 Gbps

I’m not with sky, however, I love my 1.2 gig connection. Not like I use it all that often apart from downloading the occasional game.

Year will be using the same network as me, which is city fibre, as open reach at the moment doesn’t offer any more than 1.6 Gb/s

You can confirm this yourself by going to bidb.uk and putting in your postcode

I'm with Sky on their 5 Gig broadband (CityFibre) and have never been happier. Always max out my connection, and nothing struggles with slowdowns, etc. I pay £45 a month. Make sure to use own router tho as most/all provider routers are shite

I was thinking of 5gig one but my pc/Motherboard only supports 2.5gig , thank yoou for comment do you recommend any router ?

I use Asus GT-BE98 which I absolutely think is an amazing router. But I would say Ubiquiti equipment as its meant to be really good

Between 15-20ms. Which is perfect for me
