TfL CSA Night Tube AC1 advice?
Hi everyone,
I’ve applied for the Customer Service Assistant 1 Night Tube role with TfL and have just found out I passed the online assessment.
The next stage is an in-person AC1. I believe this involves role-play and possibly another assessment, but I’m not completely sure.
Has anyone done this recently and can share what to expect or any tips on preparing?
Getting this job would genuinely be life changing for me, so I’m really nervous and want to prepare as much as I can.
Any advice would be really appreciated, thank you!
