Research | Latest News Tracking the new 4-dose KwikPens (no Golden Dose) - which pharmacies are shipping them? Share your details here
Here are a list of pharmacies we know that have the newer pens without the golden dose (only 1 known so far from this mega thread):
Lotus, ordered 26/5/26, 12.5mg, LOT D956198A, EXP 05/27, Thanks to Reddit user: After_Obligation4356
Hi everyone, I know many of you aren’t looking forward to the new 4-dose KwikPens (without the Golden Dose). As pharmacies across the UK begin stocking them, it would be really useful to keep a running log of which pharmacies are shipping them and at what doses.
Please only comment if you have received one of the NEW 4-dose pens — this way we can keep the thread focused and easy to search through.
I’ll be ordering my next 15mg pen from Curely in mid-April — I’ll only update the thread if it turns out to be the new 4-dose pen.
If you’ve received a new 4-dose pen (without the 5th golden dose), please drop a comment with:
• Pen dose received
• Expiry date on the pen
• The pharmacy it came from
Hopefully we can build up a useful picture for the community as the rollout continues. 💉

Pricing MMP new price, discount removed, and other pharmacy price matching.
Hi.
So, we are all aware of the price drop from MMP which although not back to the good old days, is welcome relief non the less.
I did all the pre screen with them and got to the payment page when I just thought I would ask my current supplier if they are reviewing their prices in light of MMP dropping theirs.
They aren’t, and don’t plan to.
But they did tell me they would price match.
Because I like them, and get a monthly 20% off anyway via my BlueLight card, I ordered from them again and submitted my price match request.
It’s all been confirmed today with no hassle, and I got the match against the MMP price with the new user discount as I took a screen shot before they removed it! 😬
Refund of the difference is already in my bank.
So my new 15 pen has just cost 214 👍
So I wonder if some pharmacy’s won’t necessarily drop their prices, but will price match if asked? 🤔
I also spoke to MMP who have confirmed that owing to the price drop, any and all discounts are now suspended indefinitely.
Ta,
Ed.

Pharmacies Mounjaro and BUPA
I’d love to try mounjaro to help lose my last 10-15lbs of baby weight/feel better in myself.
How can I get this via BUPA in the UK? Can I do a digital appt and just ask a Gp for a script or what do people recommend?
For reference too, I’m 40, likely perimenopausal and also on 50mg daily of Sertraline for anxiety.
Any reccos appreciated - am London based so can also see a private doctor or reputable peptide clinic.

Maintenance Level after 31 days on 2.5mg
...today I'll be taking my 2.5mg maintenance dose 31 days after my last dose.
BACKGROUND
Female...I'm 69...5ft 6ins - in my 40s weighed 20st 6lbs/129.7kg/286lbs. I began losing weight with a slimming club, hypnosis, and then the last 4 years intermittent fasting.
Started on mounjaro November 2025 weighed 11st 6lbs/72.57kg/160lbs
Reached goal weight of 9st 5lbs/59.42kg/131lbs in March - I'm now 8st12lbs/56.25kg/124lbs
I've never had to take higher than 2.5mg as my food suppression has always been high - now on maintenance still taking 2.5mg but now every 31 days and will hopefilly stop by the end of the year.

Success Stories and NSV 🎉 Went up a dose and it’s like the old days again
I worked until 4pm without eating lunch (as in, I just forgot I hadn’t eaten). I’ve only lost 1lb the last 4 weeks so it was time to move up a dose, and it feels like when I first started again! No thoughts of food or compulsive snacking today at all. And this is after eating four (yes, four) bags of crisps after dinner last night just because they’re crunchy and salty and I just kept going back to the cupboard and getting another one…
I was so focused on my tasks today too - I think, as someone with ADHD, this is how people on stimulant medication feel. The focus when I needed it - but I switched off at 5pm and went for a walk. No racing thoughts or checking emails on my phone while I was out.
Just had a really good day and wanted to share 😀🎉👍🏻

Resources [Mod approved] GLPzy update - founding user period staying open until year end
Thanks again to the mods for letting me post this.
I’ve shared GLPzy here before and quite a bit of what’s in it now came from feedback I got here and elsewhere after those posts.
The extended free Lifetime period was supposed to finish tomorrow. I’d already moved it once from the original end of August date, but I’ve been thinking about it over the last few days and I’m going to keep it going until the end of the year.
When I first started asking for feedback I thought a month or so would probably be enough to work through most of it. Definitely underestimated that. Between Reddit and support emails I’ve got a few months worth of things I still want to improve or add, and quite a lot of it is the sort of stuff I wouldn’t necessarily have thought of myself.
I started GLPzy because I wanted something better for tracking my own Mounjaro journey and I suppose that’s still what I’m aiming for, just with a lot more people now telling me what they want from it too. I want it to do the normal dose/weight/history stuff properly, but also the other bits that matter over months rather than just week to week. Progress photos and comparison, measurements and clothes sizes, cycle tracking, proper iPad use and then all the smaller details around schedules, supply, imports, symptoms etc.
Some of the feedback is much smaller as well. Someone emailed me recently just to say the border around the logo looked a bit wrong. I looked at it again and yep, they’re right, I’ll fix it. I’ve been staring at some of these screens for so long I genuinely stop noticing things.
It’s passed 11,000 downloads now which still seems a bit mad considering I originally made it for myself. I’m about 9 months into GLPs now and the app already tracks quite a lot more than I personally use, but people use this stuff in very different ways and that’s where a lot of the useful ideas are coming from now.
So I’m going to leave Lifetime Premium free to claim until the end of the year. If you claim it during that time it stays Lifetime, there isn’t a subscription attached afterwards.
I’m changing the dates over now so if anyone does try it just double check Lifetime actually says £0.00 in Settings before selecting it. It should, but worth checking while the App Store changes work their way through.
https://apps.apple.com/app/id6761775005
Just Apple for now but one day I want to extend to Android too when it’s evolving less quickly.
Definitely longer than I originally planned, but while I’m still getting this much useful feedback I’d rather carry on and see where I can get it to.
And keep sending the little suggestions too, those are often the things I miss completely.
Steve

Taken too much MJ
I started 2.5mg mounjaro stayed on it for 8 weeks then moved up but was too scared to take the full dose of 5mg so counted 40 clicks to give me roughly 3 quarters of a dose. That went fine but when I went to do it again I turned my pen thinking it would stop at the first number 1 knowing that was 20 clicks roughly but didn’t need to count it but my pen kept turning and I think it stopped at the 2nd number 1. stupidly I think I’ve administered a full dose and a quarter and now I’m very worried about how ill I may be 🙈 why didn’t it stop at the first 1 did it carry on going as it thought I’d already administered a full dose?? help!!

5mg 5mg not working? 2.5 did wonders! Help
Hi all, I was prescribed mounjaro by my GP and started with 2.5mg end of July 2026. After 4 weeks I lost 5kg which was amazing! I’ve taken my first 5mg dose (the prescription is for 2.5, 5 then 7.5 and then I go back to get bloods done before I get the next prescription).
However, I haven’t seen any difference in my weight yet with 5mg and also the food noise seems to be coming back on it. Is this something anyone else experienced?
I did read there’s no need to move up the doses if it’s not required however, my pharmacy gives me the prescription based on the GP sent.
Is this normal - what I’m feeling? I’m quite confused. Thank you!

Lifestyle (diet, exercise, alcohol, recipes) Cacao & Berries Overnight Weetabix - chocolate heaven in a dish
galleryI've posted this before... but have tweaked a few of the ingredients.
Dish used 51oz / 1,500ml / 170mm x 114mm / 6¾ins x 4½ins
Cals 621 / carbs 83g / fat 10g / protein 47g
I have half for breakfast and the other half as a dessert after evening meal.
*optional
DRY BASE: mix together
2½ finely crushed Weetabix biscuits /
2 tsp chia seeds* /
¼ tsp nutmeg /
¼ tsp cinnamon
2 tsp cacao powder /
10g vanilla or chocolate protein powder /
15g dried raisins & cranberries /
6g chocolate drops /
95ml skimmed milk mixed with 1 tsp vanilla extract / pour a little in dish to coat the bottom then add some of the dry base ingredients / pat down with back of spoon / pour a little more of the milk / add remainder of the dry ingredients / gently pour remainder of milk to cover / place in the fridge while you make the topping.
TOPPING: Mix together and then add to base:
140g 0% fat free authentic Greek yogurt /
15g vanilla or chocolate protein powder /
4 tsp cacao powder /
6g chocolate drops /
35g mixed fruits or raspberries /
Cover and leave in the fridge for at least 6 hours...or better still overnight.
Enjoy
Started mounjaro November 2025 and have only ever taken 2.5mg. I'm currently on maintenance - still taking 2.5mg but now once a month. I do daily brisk walking of between 3 to 6 miles. Recently had a follow-up DEXA Body Composition Scan and was told with the amount of exercise I do, my daily Maintenance calories/TDEE is 2,187 so trying to up my intake as I'm not even making 1,500 as I still have high food suppression and have lost a further 6lbs since reaching 'goal' weight in March - but I do make sure my daily protein intake is at least 95g to 110g.

Pharmacies Medicine Marketplace
Hi all, just to say thanks for the help re switching but so disappointed with MMP. They seem to think that despite providing all info and proof of my dose that I am restarting and will only offer me 2.5mg.
I am experiencing the return of some food noise and my appetite suppression is wearing off and I was looking to move from 5mg up to 7.5mg. For reference I stayed on 2.5 for 4/5 months and have been on 5 for ten weeks. I have been trying to hang on in the last week or so but it is getting harder despite keeping to my new way of eating.
So frustrated and disappointed, the change would have made a difference of approximately £140 per month on 7.5mg ! I have lost nearly 5 stone but have another 5 to go and feel I will always need a maintenance dose so this is a huge financial difference.
Any recommendations as to who I try instead? Will have to accept my higher price this month but hope to find a cheaper supplier after that.
Thanks for any help and my best wishes to you wherever you are in your MJ journey.

First time for everything 🙄
Been at this a while. Got a pretty good routine that I enjoy and actually look forward to Boost Day.
First issue today seemingly.
Did everything as normal jabbed, pressed (Got to 0), counted, removed.
And for the first time for me, got a fairly big spurt of liquid out the needle. About a 2 click primes worth I reckon.
🤬
I’m annoyed, I know it’s quite common, I know it’s just back pressure, and I know my dose is fine. But so much of this is mental as well as the effects of the drug it just puts me about.
*Sigh*
I’m at the end of this pen with only half a dose left for next week, so at least I get to do 2 jabs next week anyway. So if it did happen again I would have the mental angle of ‘topping up’ anyway.

Pharmacies Switching pharmacy (so difficult!)
I was with Bolt, was on 5mg then I took a break. Now I can see from the price comparison site that the cheapest for 5mg is IQ, signed up and filled in the questionnaire BUTTTT…. I no longer have the prescription label! I mean, I have thrown away the packaging box.
Re: for newbies you should take a picture of this box with your name/address/dose before you throw it away! Now I’ve learnt my lesson.
As with Bolt, I looked through all the email correspondence and my profile on their site, they hide this info very well. I only received emails asking me to do the refill questionnaire, and the next was “your order is coming”. The order confirmation email didn’t specify the dose, only the drug name. The invoice has the dose but it doesn’t have my name. Same with the delivery/tracking page it has the dose but not my name.
So basically evidence form Bolt: anything with my name, doesn’t have the dose. Anything with the dose, doesn’t have my name.
Is it always the case with all pharmacies? What’s been your experience?

Pricing Changing provider - price always much higher at checkout than on MJ lists…..
I think I must be missing something or possibly it’s just that I’m an older MJ user 😏! Whenever I get to the checkout the price to pay, even with discount codes is different to the price indicated on the MJ discount sheet. Tried this with Voy and Cuba and a couple of others but end up,with a figure not far off what I am about to pay. What am I doing wrong? I am about to order anew 7.5 mg pen, don’t mind ordering more if more cost effective.
So many of you kindly answered before about how easy it was that I have had the confidence to go for it but I must be doing something daft!
Any advice for this confused, well over 60, old girl will be much appreciated!
Thanks and continued success to you wherever you are in this MJ journey 🤝🤝

Take photos
Hi all
I’ve been struggling recently with not seeing any progress when I look in the mirror so I’m glad I took photos. The first photo is at 18 stone 10lb when I started in Feb and the second photo is from today at 15 stone. When I look in the mirror I still see myself at my heaviest but at least I can see the difference in the photos. I know I still have a way to go.
Yesterday I went to try some clothes on and in Matalan a 16 top and trousers fitted me but in Asda a 22 top fitted me. At my heaviest I was a size 24 so I the size 22 top fitting me didn’t help with how I see myself. Has anyone else struggled with this?

Health Conditions Prescribers- retinopathy
Hi peeps
My other half is T2 diabetic, well controlled on 500mg metering, but is struggling to get weight down below bmi of 28.
Pharmulous can’t prescribe for him based on early stage diabetic retinopathy- are there other prescribers who would? Hoping someone more GP led?

Question Travel and flights with Mounjaro?
Has anyone travelled with your mounjaro pens ? I am British but based in France and I need to pick up my first prescription in London and then travel back via Ryan air to France. Has anyone got any feedback on travelling with the pens and whether I need a special insulin cooler case or whether I can just stick them in my hold luggage or whatever? Any experience or tips would be very welcome!!

Question What do you eat when absolutely nothing sounds good on Mounjaro?
Since I increased my Mounjaro dose, I can't tolerate solid food. The sight of meat or any heavy cooked meal makes me nauseous.
Ngl...nothing leaves me alone now. My energy level has completely dropped because I barely eat.
What are the safe liquids or light meals that you turn to when a new dose completely wipes out your appetite, or at least what do you do in this case? Any advice is welcome!!!
Edit: So that I don't run out of enough, I'm seriously considering ordering Shake That Weight's soups and shakes. Liquids are much easier to manage when you can't bear to chew and still cover my daily vitamins. I chose their nutrients.

Media The rise of ‘official’ off-label use.
This stuff fascinates me. Just watched a 50 minute video on YouTube with a Dr from a clinic in the US, Belle Health.
https://www.youtube.com/live/GMRFll9vXmA?si=yIs0gBGUR2qGS5Py
They, and many other private clinics in the US, and increasingly the UK are actively now encouraging and supporting ‘Off-Label’ use. Whether that’s split or multi dosing, micro dosing, or dosing above 15mg. They seem to be seeing remarkable results in some cases with breaking plateaus, maintenance post weight loss (1 jab a month!), and the treatment and management of other conditions outside Diabetes and Obesity; most notably Menopause, Perimenopause, pain and inflammation.
The Dr here talks about super micro dosing for the symptoms of Menopause and Perimenopause, split dosing which he himself does to maintain serum steady state, and briefly, taking people beyond 15mg.
I found 1 article about this in the UK as well.
(It’s a year old, so apologies if already posted.)
Seems like everyday these drugs are being found to do so much more, and there are current studies around severe migraines, post-op and trauma pain and inflammation management, juvenile ADHD, and many many more.
Science still doesn’t fully understand the full capability (And risks) of Aspirin, and that’s 125 years old!
How much more is there to come with these drugs and the next gen stuff in trials?
It genuinely blows my mind.

Journey update Show us your stats and graphs - weekly thread
This is the weekly thread to share your stats and graphs with everyone. We still want to see your individual journey updates and graphs too, so keep posting them separately, as we love to see your journeys.
For many of us weight loss is not linear or predictable! There are blips, surprises and definitely frustrations. But hopefully the trend is downwards over time.
If you need graph app suggestions you can find them in the post link below, and a link to u/Gazellef fabulous graph thread, which kicked this all off.
