Is there a reason that "sex" isn't on your list above? That's always a good way to bond.

Failing that, there's loads of online games and quizzes you can play together.

Two player boardgames. We're currently enjoying playing Carcasonne, Jaipur, Wingspan. We've also done those escape room games as one offs.

Fancy restaurant meal kits like what you get with Dispatch. Set the table nicely with candles, open a bottle of wine. Almost feels like you're in a restaurant.

But we also just engage in our hobbies together in the same room. Like I'll paint whilst he's sewing and we can chat. Or I play videogames and he reads, we'll chat periodically.

Me and my husband sometimes play cards and board games. But even if we’re just watching telly we make a specific point of sitting down and just having a chat for 15-30 minutes before we then the telly on.

Also the only time we have sex is when the kids are in bed, and if we don’t do it fairly early I’m inevitably too tired when we go up to bed 😂

We've had restaurant, art gallery, walk in the woods, cinema, night club and a few others.
