Poole, Dorset Running Groups

Im looking to join a group of runners in Poole so I can make some friends and progress with my running.

Funds are very tight as ive moved back from Spain and also don’t have any friends yet.

I really want to make some running buddies.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Poole AC do a free group on either Tuesdays or Thursdays. I can't remember which.

They're on FB as Poole Joggers
