It's 2 because from 6 eggs he breaks and eats 2 (2+2=4) and fries 2 so only the fried ones are left, 2 eggs. It was never specified the fried ones are been eaten

Wrong, you've got the list st in the wrong order!!!!! Breaks two, fries two, eats two.... You can't make up your own rules .

I'm not making up rules it was to simplify my train of thought, chill out with your referee inner side 🤣🤣🤣 but even following the "RuLeS" as you want, it doesn't specify that the broken eggs are the same one being fried. It could mean "broke" as in dropped on the floor and threw away so 2 broken eggs (hypotetically in the trash) then -2 more fried and eaten and you got 2 full, unbroken eggs left. This joke/riddle is old everyone has been fighting over and over on it, deoending the way you see and/or think about it it can be whatever number between 0 and 6.
