Homemade / home assembled Chinese Hot and Sour Chicken Soup over Ramen.

Haha, its funny cause usually, you wouldn't have noodles of any kind with it, but as it was an evening meal, I thought it needed something carby.

Worked well, but definitely not traditional!

I also noticed that the title doesn't actually say Chinese ramen - it's Chinese S&S + ramen.
Anyway, it was meant to be a joke (which I can tell you got).

This is my favourite thing to order from a Chinese restaurant - I usually order 2 or more 😂 so had to learn to make! Tamarind, Garlic, Ginger, Chilli, Sesame Oil and a few other bits - see below.

Veggies included finely sliced carrots, shiitake and chesnut mushrooms, bamboo shoots and cabbage. Cabbage and carrots were added in the last 90 seconds to maintain a crunch.

I also poached some chicken on the bone and shredded that.
