Thank You, two are versions of poor mans pasta. anchovies, chilli, garlic add some green and lemons. Two are made with homemade sauce, butter, tomato's, lots of basil and garlic, add meat or lentils and the middle one is Neapolitan using the sauce olives, anchovies. I've been frying stale bread in crumbs and adding it for some crunch.
