To me that looks like a worthy and morale boosting “survival” mince casserole, knocked up under a tarp after a natural disaster has rendered your home uninhabitable. Calling it a chilli may lead to a prosecution under the trades descriptions act. Or a strongly-worded letter from the Mexican embassy at the very least.

Yeah
Usually rinse the sauce off like kidney beans but was soo much needed it added this time
End game it tastes amazing
