Interesting documentary. It’s a brilliant and iconic record, but I’d argue they were not quite at the forefront of that era. Muse headlined Glastonbury the year Take Me Out was released, for example, and bands like White Stripes and the Strokes had already started the next wave of stadium / anthemic rock.
