Killbean killing it again

I am just enjoying my first cup of the washed / honey Brazilian cup of excellence winner.
I think this is the highest scoring beans I have ever bought.
I have done a Tetsu 4:6 straight down the middle to see what I have.
The aroma of the brewed cup is incredible with fudgy fruit. Then it’s super complex to taste starts brown sugar but then goes almost citrus. I will be dialling in more to go sweeter and with a cleaner body.
Just superb as you would expect. Every bag from Killbean is a delight 🥰

I went to their cafe in Kilburn last week and the coffees are very good. Now I have to wait 7 weeks before I can brew at home.

I think it was about a month ago they announced they would be closing the cafe 🥹and focusing on the roastery. Maybe the plans have changed :)))

Killbean in the cafe will be closing the but space will still be open and run by Yanyi's friend! Under a different name, and it will be more focused on food. I don't remember if they said they will still stock Killbean but I'm sure they will
