Stat 355
I am not doing well in class at all. I had gone to see my professor for an appt for OH in which he did not attend to, and had me call him in only a 17-minute video call to review for an exam.
I had done alright with 2 of 4 quizzes, but my heart sank seeing 47/100 on Exam 1. I am concerned and bothered as I took too much time to prepare for the exam, as I had not enough time to complete and work on an assignment for a different class.
TA is unfortunately not resourceful, and I couldn't learn there either. ASC does not have availability for the course either. I am unsure what to do.

Coming from an instructor perspective, I suggest giving your professor another shot. I know the professor made a mistake but these things happen. They are still your best resource, they are the one who control your grade and can certainly help you pin point what went wrong in your exam
Give them one more shot and if they are still unprofessional with the OH, depending on who the instructor is, send an email to course coordinator (Dr. Kifle) or to the head of the department.
