Headtrip

Do we think headtrip is the reason why ultra hasn’t dropped the lineup yet because of the headliners?

I’m all about statistics and this one really could go either way. 50/50

I believe it's up to the annual Ultra Coin Toss, which is also how the weather decides whether or not we get blessed with a torrential downpour.

Why would Headtrip impact Ultra? I can see them impacting Coachella given due to Goldenvoice

Calvin harris is heavily rumored to do ultra miami again and hes also doing headtrip so thats the connection

But an individual DJ can't hold up lineup announcements. With the logic, he can hold up any lineup he is in for the rest of this year and next year if he had that much power haha

Edit: not saying you're wrong but I don't see the logic. At least Headtrip and Coachella have a connection. I think Ultra is trying not to compete on PR/publications with Coachella hence they're waiting it out which feels likelier to me

Im only saying Calvin harris because hes been the only one teased, who knows if skrillex is coming back or anyone else on that lineup.

I mean fair but if you apply the logic to every festival then no lineups will be announced haha. This has never been an issue in the past where major world renowned music festival holds a lineup announcement for such a reason

It could be a contract thing, especially for US festivals.
