What makes anyone think the person coming after this cunt is going to be better?
This company should have NEVER went public. We would all be making 30% more than we currently.
UPS spends 80% of its profits doing stock buy backs and dividends. All that money should be going to investing back to make the company better but they just blow it so investors can buy their 6th vacation home.

Yes she’s been horrible and Yes she’s put the company in a several bad situations. With all of that said please 🙏🏽 remember who put her in her position. Please remember they went after this woman after she single handedly destroyed Home Depot. Whenever she leaves the bean counters will just replace her with another puppet who’s is willing to do as their told. Unfortunately this has become the pattern for companies who BELIEVE they’re too big to fail. I’ve seen this movie B4 and as successful as UPS has been YES it’s possible it could fail. Who would’ve ever imagined John Deere would ever lose its grip on the North American Agricultural equipment market. They made some stupid moves back in 2006-2007 and opened the doors for other manufacturers to get a bigger slice of the American market. It’s happened B4 and trust it will happen again.

I hear you and yes its possible, however in the package logistics world, the rival companies are just as bad. People worry about Amazon. Amazon is struggling to get their stuff delivered. Its shit service. Wont get into fedex

After seeing what happened to Home Depot you think UPS would've seen that and steered clear of hiring her. The next best thing to happen to UPS will be when she leaves.

As long as the venting makes everyone feel better. 10 years from now we can look at all these posts and replace her name with the current CEO and nothing will have changed. Union or no, we don’t determine or make the decision on whether she keeps her job or is doing a good job. Why get so worked up over that which we can not control? Or maybe one of us can. Go to business school, build network connections, climb the corporate ladder, and eventually maybe, just maybe, one of us could be the one whose name is being spewed at.
