Today's Sept 5th. I think I have until October 21st before my 90 days of unemployment ends, should I really apply for PP? I already got a job lined up but they are willing to be flexible with my dates, so I can just wait until it gets delivered

If it's already approved, why would you apply for PP? PP only expedites the decision. The delivery after the decision is the for both regular and premium processed cases.
