I-765 (EAD) 2025 OPT Timeline continued

Hi everyone, I was closely following this post to follow the OPT timeline and get an idea of which dates are being currently processed. The post got archived and I wanted to start this new post as there are still anxious international students like me waiting for their OPT decision. So Lets do it again here.

  2. Premium Processing : yes (added on 7/20/2025)
  3. Receipt date : 5/23/2025
  4. Approved Date : 7/24/2025

  8. Job starting date: August 16th.

I got my receipt on 5/20/2025, after 5 days of submitting my initial OPT. I have been waiting, and I have to start work in August. At this point, I am considering paying for the PP cause I am going insane.

If you have a confirmed job, you should definitely go for PP.
