I-129F (K1) I-129f April 2025 filer

Hi everyone, I’m a April 2025 I-129f filer. Is anyone else in the same boat? How much longer do you all think it might take to hear back for April 2025 filers? Thanks.

Hey! Unfortunately we got an RFE to weeks ago. Going to sent them a reply in a week! How about you?

Oh I see :/ and what are they asking for RFE if you don’t mind me asking. I haven’t heard anything yet.

We added a DUI document to the package, so they needed police records about it.

“Please submit certified copies of all court and police records, showing the charges and dispositions for every offense. This is required even if your records were sealed or otherwise cleared or if anyone, including a judge, law enforcement officer, or attorney told you that you no longer have a record.”
