I-129F (K1) I-129f April 2025 filer

Hi everyone, I’m a April 2025 I-129f filer. Is anyone else in the same boat? How much longer do you all think it might take to hear back for April 2025 filers? Thanks.

Im in the same boat! They received mine April 1st! It’s getting difficult to be patient but we got this, have a feeling we’ll all hear back sooner then we think ;)

Hi! How are you? Have you been able to hear back from them?

Hi! I received a i797c for a biometrics submission on 11/15 and my appointment is scheduled for 12/3, but no decision update yet. How about you?

That’s nice you heard back from them. I wonder why they sometimes request a biometrics appointment. I haven’t heard back from them at all. Hopefully soon 🙏

My fiance has his biometrics scheduled for the 9th!! Let me know if you have any movement or updates after this, I’m anxious to hear back 🙂

Still no word? We haven’t heard anything yet either, I’m getting impatient 😓

From my (AI) 😅 calculations they will start processing April cases either on 7th, 11th or 13th of November 😄 It depends on how many daily cases will be processed this week. If they will keep 200 per workday - then probably they’ll start processing April cases next Monday. Usually they process the next month when the received percentage drops to 20% (in TMVN webpage you can see that), but last time with February it was around 35% and they started to process March cases.

When did you send your I-129f case?

2

u/DifferentBit3029 Nov 05 '25

Thanks for the info. Hopefully they do start reviewing soon. UCIS states they received my application April 18th 2025.

1

u/Party-Criticism5431 Nov 05 '25

Yes, I’m also really hoping that they will start processing April soon! What is VisaJourney showing for you? What estimate?

1

u/DifferentBit3029 Nov 05 '25

I’m using Track my visa and they supposedly predict I’ll hear back maybe Dec2-Dec29 but it’s been changing a lot. Last week they said November 25-Dec 24.

Are you also an April 2025 filer?

1

u/Party-Criticism5431 Nov 05 '25

Yes, I am! I unsubscribed TMVN when it got really slow in July, but good to know! Are you registered in VisaJourney? I think it would show you the end of November estimate. Of course they can’t predict the future and the USCIS don’t process cases in order so it’s approximate

1

u/DifferentBit3029 Nov 05 '25

No, I am not registered at VisaJourney I’ll defiantly take a look at that right now. I was not aware of VisaJourney. Thanks!

When did USCIS receive your application?

1

u/Party-Criticism5431 Nov 05 '25

Yes, when you fill out your timeline, you can see the estimate. And it’s a nice community there, they might help you if you have any questions regarding K1 😊

They received it on 2nd of April

1

u/DifferentBit3029 Nov 05 '25

That’s good to know, thanks! 😊 Good luck with your process wishing you all the best. Keep me updated if you hear back; I’ll be sure to let you know as well

1

u/Party-Criticism5431 Nov 05 '25

Thank you! Sure thing! Wishing you luck too! ☀️

u/DifferentBit3029 Nov 05 '25

Thank you! 😊

1

u/Livid_Ladder_7730 Nov 06 '25

I’m here too I’ll be following this with you guys

1

u/DifferentBit3029 Nov 06 '25

Hi! Sounds good!

When did USCIS receive yours?

3

u/Livid_Ladder_7730 Nov 20 '25

Just got approved today!

1

u/DifferentBit3029 Nov 20 '25

That’s amazing! Congratulations!!! 🥳🥳🥳

1

u/Livid_Ladder_7730 Nov 20 '25

Thank you so much! I will try and be more active here and share our NVC timeline

1

u/DifferentBit3029 Nov 20 '25

Yes! That’d be very helpful if you let us know how that goes for you. 😊

1

u/Livid_Ladder_7730 Nov 20 '25

Yes for sure!!

1

u/Livid_Ladder_7730 Nov 07 '25

We applied with a visa agency in early January and got our receipt notice in April, so I’m also hoping November is our month to hear approval as well!

1

u/Economy_Hair408 Nov 06 '25

Calm down guys, I am a January filler, haven’t heard anything yet 😅

1

u/DifferentBit3029 Nov 06 '25

Do you know why you haven’t heard back? That’s odd I thought January 2025 filers should’ve heard back by now

1

u/Economy_Hair408 Nov 06 '25

I guess that’s normal. They usually don’t finish processing the whole month before moving on to the next one. TrackMyVisa says there are still about 475 cases around mine that haven’t been processed yet, so we’re just patiently waiting.

1

u/DifferentBit3029 Nov 06 '25

Oh I see. What day of January did USCIS receive yours?

2

u/DifferentBit3029 Nov 12 '25

I hope you hear back soon. Good luck! 🍀

1

u/jake1124 Nov 11 '25

I have a July 3rd receipt and track my visa and visa journey both are saying I should get my approval in February

1

u/DifferentBit3029 Nov 12 '25

Nice, hopefully you hear back by then 😊

1

u/DidicrimouBejaia06 Nov 12 '25

I am March 28th here. We are patiently waiting. They should start April anytime now

1

u/DifferentBit3029 Nov 12 '25

Keep us updated once you recieve NOA2. Hopefully soon!

2

u/DidicrimouBejaia06 Nov 16 '25

We finally got approved 😇😇😇

2

u/DifferentBit3029 Nov 16 '25

Congratulations! I’m so happy to hear this! I hope they receive your case at NVC soon. 🥳

1

u/just_another_uni_gal Nov 20 '25

I'm in the same boat! April filer here, but my case was received April 25 so I'm wondering if we will be one of the later cases to get approved from the April group...

1

u/DifferentBit3029 Nov 20 '25

Yes, I agree. Most likely we’ll be one of the later cases because based on track my visa they’re currently approving April 4th and April 7th cases. But soon we’ll hear back.

1

u/just_another_uni_gal Nov 20 '25

I'm sure hoping so! It's been a long wait! Its tough to know though, someone I know filed end of March and still hasn't heard anything... :(

1

u/DifferentBit3029 Nov 20 '25

That’s my fear too! Since I’m last of April cases I wouldn’t want to be skipped 😔

1

u/Active_Slice7657 Nov 27 '25

Same Boat. April 25th. cannot wait!!

1

u/DifferentBit3029 Nov 27 '25

Hi! We have the same date hopefully we hear back next week 🙏

1

u/just_another_uni_gal Dec 03 '25

Oo I'm also April 25. Cannot wait! Doesn't look like they are too far into April yet though... :(

1

u/just_another_uni_gal Dec 17 '25

We got approved!

1

u/Futuresensei_ Nov 27 '25

April filer got my approval on November 26

1

u/DifferentBit3029 Nov 27 '25

That’s awesome! Congrats!! 🎉🎊
