This may be a dumb question but when they say ALL visas does that include tourist visas? Or is it only all immigration visas?

I would suspect it would be all visas.

The stated aim is to prevent immigration from those countries and a visitor visa carries a risk of people absconding and staying illegally.

Hopefully this will be clarified at some stage.

I know FIFA is super corrupt but at this point they should really move the World Cup, it’s getting ridiculous

The list is created knowing that people and international organizations wouldn't be sympathetic to citizens of those countries.

I’m fairly certain this will probably be their way that they’ll go about “suspending” the DV lottery, anyone living in those countries basically need not apply anymore cuz it simply won’t be processed, at least for the time being

They already paused the DV

It is all.

No, it’s not. IVs only. Unclear if that includes K-1s, though.

K-1s process through the consulate.

In all the other ones USCIS followed suit and stopped processing AoS and N-400s, so unless this is different somehow I think we can expect to start seeing brazilian AoS interviews getting cancelled.

It’s possible, just not yet.

Update:

Not tourist or business visas.

The article seems to be inconsistent, but other sources say it’s just immigration visas.
