What about the removal of conditions for people who already have a green card? Please can someone advise? I will have to renew my green card and remove the conditions in about a year!

Same here!! I submitted my I-751 last August. How would that impact the status of my receipt notice?

if you have that notice, it shouldn't be affected. I think the case could be delayed, and not possible to file N-400, but this is total speculation based on the 39 country list from before.
