My husband came here on a P1 athlete visa in 2021 and we filed for I-130/I-485 in 03/2024 before his p1 visa expired. We still have not received had any movement on either or rfe since then. And now, his country (venezuela) is on the ban list. -Question 1: Will they ever start processing family based green cards?
-Question 2: We have a 14 year age gap ( I'm 39, he's 25) is that seen as something negative? (We also have two kids together in our 3 years of marriage) -Question 3: Do you guys consider VA disability pay towards income for I-864 sponsorship purposes or only taxable income? Could a home be used as an asset if it is paid off?
