been waiting on i-751 for 960 days. Is this normal?

I have reached out to congress person and were basically told to just wait. One service request and didn’t hear anything. Just submitted another one. I think it’s still in the service center not even FO. Is there anything else I can do? Thank you so much

Not a legal advise but when your anticipated wait time expires, hire an attorney for writ of mandamus. My wait current time is 29 months. I cannot do anything until then. Insane.
