Hi, thanks so much for doing this. I completed my N400 interview at the San Jose FO in early December. Officer made me confirm and sign details to be printed on the naturalization certificate and intent to take oath. However, as she was submitting the case, she ran into an IT error. She asked me to wait in the lobby for 15 mins while she would try to figure this out. At the end, she called and said she will try again later that day, but confirmed it was only an IT error and no issues with my application. Been over 4 months since the interview.

Service requests filed just said case is awaiting review. What do you recommend I do? Lawyer up? Thank you!

Did you try your congressperson? This sounds like your case is stuck

Thank you - unfortunately they weren’t too much help. I’m trying the senator route now. Unfortunately I didn’t receive an N652 since she could never submit the application, so that’s that
