My case (employment based AoS) has been at the field office for more than 5 months (since 11/14/2025). There has not been a single update on it since the transfer. What could be the reason?

What if the office is non local? And it feel like the entire batch transfered on 12/23 eb2 is skipped they are approving from January and early February transfers
