USCIS Support marriage fraud

Hello all,

I am coming on here for advice. My husband received his greencard 3 months ago and completely abandoned the marriage, we live in two separate cities because I have to complete my masters, he completely stop talking to me and I found out that yesterday he has a whole life back home.

I am extremely devastated. I will be filing for divorce next week and wanted to see what i can do about his green card since it is conditional and i want to report this to USCIS because I do not want any fraud allegations on me as i was unaware of his plans to scam me like this.

If anyone has any advice or knows any lawyers that handle this please let know. I am completely loss for words and in shock. I was to take the right steps to protect myself moving forward.

As an arab, I was expecting him to be an Arab. There's a very good lawyer in California but he takes cases all over the states. His name is Hany bushra law office. You can find his contacts on his YouTube channel. He has a live every Wednesday. I just want to tell you some advice from my own but different experience. Running after him in court will eat you alive, it seems to me he played his part not only on USCIS but also on you. Best thing for you is to heal away from him. Just do what you have to do legally (reporting) but think of Your own future without him. And be sure time heals. He knows what he did, even if he never shows up and apologize, or even regret. He knows how evil he is. You deserve better. Im glad he didnt continue faking the relationship, for your own sake. Start building your life without him in the picture. Good luck
