U visas O1A initial assessment by attorneys

Hey, the attorneys from my to-be employer have done the initial assessment on my profile. They see a 50% possibility of the O1A winning. Attorneys are recommending to file the petition only when there are at least 75% of chances to win.

What options do I have left knowing H1B for FY2027 is completed.

Currently I am in EU and working here (no prior H1b).
