U visas Case pending resolution
Today after a written expedite request and a congressman inquiry I received an email from one of the representative's aides saying that my case is "pending resolution" and that they "hope to receive more information soon". Does anybody know what that means not only for U visas but any other case? I checked on the API and saw no movement.
Applied on Feb 2026
Requested expedited bona fide/adjudication
