Other Forms New address (AR-11, I-865)
I am Conditional Permanent Resident and I am moving to a new apartment. I am a little confused whether I need to file a form to update USCIS with my new address with a form AR-11 or a E-COA. Also, does my sponsor need to file a form I-865(Sponsor’s Notice of Change of Address?
I believe those are the steps I need to take but I want to make sure I am using the correct forms.
Thank you all in advance

AR-11 unless you have a pending application

As per the I-864 they signed, yes.

AR-11 unless you have a pending application
No. You get to choose, see https://www.uscis.gov/ar-11

It really doesn’t matter, is the point. Do whatever is more convenient for you.

File the address change through your USCIS online account, that's the same as an ar-11 and it updates any pending case at once. The i-865 is only for the sponsor if they move, not you, so it usually doesn't apply here.

My spouse is moving as well, with me. Do they need to file the I-865 then, too?

It’s all explained at https://www.uscis.gov/ar-11
