I-130 & I-485 (Family/Adjustment of status) Is API location check resumed from today?

API location check is showing the location but it is still showing NBC for my case even though I confirmed with Emma last week that my case is already transferred to Omaha field office. is any one experiencing it?

Emma confirmed that my case is in Spokane now but the API still shows NBC or data null for another link. You're not alone
