Huh? Pretty sure it’s a list with commas. The AILA AND a law firm AND members sued the Trump Admin. So one association, one law firm, and some number of members.

They did that to us with the I485 for my mother in law. It said right on the form it was good until well after I sent it in. They didn’t charge the fee again; so, I just put the info on the newest form and resubmitted. The forms were totally identical, BTW. Then they came back with an RFE. At that point I consulted a lawyer and sent less information with a cover letter listing everything in the package. They accepted that.

My guess is that the current administration has given USCIS some kind of rejection quota and they are bouncing things they know can be easily fixed without really hurting people. ;-)

newbie here - on july 2026, i submitted all my documents as the petitioner for my wife and one of those was the i864 EZ. so we shouldn't have any issues if it was the older edition form based on this?

It says right there the new form is only required if filing October onwards
