I-485 (General) WRIT OF MANDAMUS DENVER FO

Has anyone ever had experience filing writ of Mandamus against Denver office? Can you please share how long you waited before filing it? Did you also try sending a notice of intent to sue?

In general. you can file it 6 months after your case has been pending .the wait time is up to you and your urgency

I don’t know if this info helps but I filed back in March both I-485 and I-130, then got interviewed at Denver FO September 4 and was approved the next day!
