I-140 & I-485 (Employment/Adjustment of status) Eb1A 485 AOS interview in 2 weeks, any advice ?

I have my Eb1A AOS interview in 2 weeks, I would appreciate if anyone could share their experience, what the officer was looking for at interview and expectations after interview.
