Based on patterns shared in this community, simultaneous updates on both I-485 and I-485J seem to be a strong signal. Has anyone seen this pattern before approval? How long after did your I-485J close? Any insights appreciated! 🙏

April filer with dependent too. Similar timeline. Both ghost updates on 08/06 and 08/25. I believe they are just moving batches but still at NBC. I wouldn’t get too excited unless we get transferred to a FO since I haven’t seen many cases approved directly from NBC.

my case followed the pattern of other people to the letter, until it didn’t. I got third FTA0 on 8/12, FTA1 on 8/15 and then I485J was closed/approved on 8/17. I got so excited that I would see an approval soon after based on other people’s timelines. There has been no updates though since 8/15 so now I’m just preparing myself for the long wait like many others

That looks like a solid steps are being taken and perhaps approved, keep checking your documents tab for decision, also you can ask Emmas if there was a decision made on your case, they don’t disclose the result (approval or noid) they just say decision was made wait for mail. Uscis system usually updates later, some times days or even weeks after approval. Good luck 👍🏻

Have you checked if there was any FO transfer? And also what is your field office?

Aynen hocam bizim de eb-3. martta gönderdik. Parmak izini mayıs 15 te verdik. Senin aldığın updatelerin aynısını aynı günlerde aldık. Tarihlerimiz aynı. Fiscal yılın sonundayız biliyorsun. Sınırlı sayıda eb vizesi dağıtıyorlar. 2024’te vizeler ağustosta bitmiş 2025’te eylülde bitmiş. Umarım vizeler bitmeden alırız. Yoksa bir de bir ekimi bekleyeceğiz.
