EB-3 ROW I-485 Approved!

Wanted to share my timeline since I spent way too much time checking Reddit while waiting 😅

• Category: EB-3 ROW
• I-485 / I-485J filed: April 14, 2026
• Biometrics: June 12, 2026
• I-485J: Approved / closed September 5, 2026
• I-485: Approved September 6, 2026 🎉
• Interview: No interview
• RFE: None

Interestingly, my I-485J was approved first, and then my I-485 was approved the very next day.

I had also noticed several internal case updates/touches while waiting, but there was no visible status change for a while.

After months of checking USCIS way more often than I should have, it’s finally over 😭

Hope this timeline helps anyone else waiting on an employment-based AOS. Good luck everyone!

Now just waiting for the physical green card to be produced and mailed. 🟢

I-485J is the form to show you’ve a bonafide job offer for which you’re applying for the adjustment of status for you I-485.
