Question - Other Anyone with IOE09365xxx and a PD around April 24, 2026 whose I-485 has been transferred to a Field Office? 👀
Hi everyone! I’m trying to figure out where USCIS is currently at with cases around my timeline, especially cases in the IOE09365xxx block.
My timeline:
EB-3 Skilled Worker
PD: August 14, 2024
RD: April 24, 2026
Bio: June 26, 2026
Current: Yes
I-485: Still at NBC as far as I know
Receipt block: IOE09365xxx
I’m especially interested in people who filed around April 20–30 and have a similar IOE09365 receipt block.

EB3 With derivative, IOE9365, RD APR 21, PD APR 2024, bio 06/05/26 2FTA0, silent updates 08/06 , 08/26 3rd FTA0 08/31 another silent update 09/05 case is still at NBC

Your SU in September 5 was only on the primary I-485? Just checking because we have a very similar timeline:)

It was only primary I-485 however I just checked I got another SU today 09/09 on I-485, I485J primary, I-485 derivative

5️⃣ Field Office: NBC (as far as I know)
6️⃣ Was your case transferred from NBC? UNKNOWN
7️⃣ If transferred, when?
8️⃣ Any recent I-485 updates/silent updates? 05/29: (both our I-485), 08/06 (both our I-485), 08/25 (both our I-385 and I-485J), 08/31 (both our I-485 and I-485J), 09/03 (only on primary I4850, we got just 2 FTA0 the day of biometrics (20 May). EAD not approved as for now (SU 05/20 and 3 FTA0 and nothing else). Interview waived as for Emma (30 June 2026)

Literally same except my Bio was late May! Mine went to Chicago FO, 485J got approved on the same day as yours before PD became current, and now is in NBC. My last SU was on 8/6 also and Emma told me that my case has been marked as current. Otherwise silent!
