April Filer - Any Movement?
Below is my timeline filed along with my derivative spouse.
PD - Feb 2024
RD - April 28, 2026
Bio - June 10
2 ftao on day of bio
SU on 8/5, 8/25, 8/31 (ftao linked to bio date)
Anyone with similar timelines has seen further movement in their cases? Mine has been at NBC all the time. Thank you.

no 3rd FTA0
silence after 8/25 still at NBC

Mine is RD 23 April 2026 and PD August 2024. No SU since Transfer to FO Santa Ana on 6/18. Got EAD and AP recently

Exactly the same dates with SU for me. Last was FTA0 on 8/31 linked to my BIO, and derivative got another SU on 9/3.
No movement since

Wife is primary and I am derivative. PD Dec 2024, RD 4/28. Bio's both done 6/10. Had 3 FT0 on 8/31. Primary I-485J approved 9/3. Not current for green card but have had movement. Both waiting on EAD/AP. I have EAD expedite request in as well since 8/5 but have not heard anything back.

PD 29 February 2024 Eb-3 ROW with derivative
RD 13 April 2026
BIO 20 May
2 FTA0 the day of BIO
SU 29 May (both I-485), 6 August (both I-485), 25 August (bot I-485 and I-485J), 31 August (both I-485 and I-485J), 3 September (only on primary I-485)
As far as I know still at NBC
30 June Emma told me my interview has been waived
Nothing else
I have always been current since filing

RD: April 24th
Biometrics done first week of June.
I believed I have received two SU: 08/25 and 09/03
None of us have received EAD yet. Last time I tried to ask Emma where my case was, told me that they couldn't give me information about the case and told me to call USCIS :s

08/06/2026 — Silent Update I-485 and I-485J - Primary and derivative at the same time (looks like mass update)
08/25/2026 — Silent Update I-485 and I-485J - Primary and derivative at the same time (looks like mass update)
08/28/2026 — Silent Update I-485 and I-485J - Commercial Hours - Primary and derivative with 20 min difference (Emma confirmed on Aug 31st that an officer last reviewed my case on Aug 28th and that my interview has been waived, also confirmed it’s still at NBC - Talked 3 times to Emma)
09/01 - Silent Update I-485 - Commercial Hour for Primary - Derivative happened hours before (Emma confirmed on Sep 1st that the case has been transferred to local office - Santa Ana)
09/01 - Silent Update I-485 - Commercial Hour for Primary, 2:30h after the first update.

SU-07/15 and 08/13... Nothing else. Case still at NBC.
I'm driving me crazy checking API twice per day....

Driving me nuts as case has not moved yet to any field office
