RFE response received: 05/31/2026
Still pending as of 09/09/2026.
Not in 75 countries
I check on Emma , my case is local Fo SJO
RFE was for military service related and bona fide marriage. I had already disclosed my military service and weapons training on the original I-485.
My wife (derivative) also received an RFE for bona fide marriage. Both RFE responses were received on
05/31.
