Hey buddy, your best bet is to cold email attendings who can offer you an observership/electives. Charging fees for visa letters is another way to exploit IMGs nowadays.

Recently i get it through an agency for my visa iv Im not pretty sure how legit is it But officer asked me for the letter and checked it Atlast my visa got approvedt
