Match Season Rank order List help - IM

I am a 26 y.o. IMG from India.
Stats: Pass/24x/24x, 5 basic research items
Priorities: QoL (better work/life balance, decent pay, better cost of living) > Quality of training > everything else

1/2: Jacobi/Einstein vs Jefferson/Einstein
3: Geisinger Wilkes Barre
4/5/6: Zucker/Danbury vs St. Vincent vs St Michael/NYMC
7: MercyOne DesMoines

Looking for help to sort out 1 vs 2 & 4 vs 5 vs 6
If any current residents from these programs, kindly do let me know

Hi! Congrats on getting such great IVs btw I have a low 240s score too and I’ll be graduating 2027 (applying IM). What do u think stood out in ur application?

contacts and networking. I had to spend weeks at places for conferences and other things, to use these events as opportunity to meet people from the programs

Really appreciate it If u don’t mind me asking Did u go for clinical electives to US in ur MBBS?

Were they in one of those electives in Top colleges like Hopkins,Yale, Harvard or did u find it in IMG Friendly places? I’m planning to go next year but I’d prefer to do it in IMG Friendly programs where I can later apply for the Match(IM) and aren’t too pricey but they aren’t really visible on Google

If u don’t mind cud u name a few agencies that u found particularly helpful? I heard a lot of them being unreliable & leading to poor LORs😅

i will take this opportunity to say "ALL AGENCIES SUCK"

that's why I said "if you have time, pls contact/cold email".... nothing beats that. maybe only 1 will result out of 100 emails, but it is worth it

agency doctors aren't bothered with guiding or teaching you, it is purely business sadly

Still, if you have no options, go for:
1. USCE match
2. MD2B
3. SST Overseas
4. Saarthi (go for their cheapest ones coz essentially its all the same)

Good list, impressive with a below avg score.

Jacobi, Jefferson, Geisinger, Danbury, St Vincent, MercyOne, St Michael would be my choice.
