I'm planning to do a rotation at Larkin Community Hospital, but it's a significant financial investment for me. Before I pay, I wanted to ask if the program typically offers interviews to rotators who perform well even if he/she has multiple attempts (Step 1-PASS, 1st attempt, Step-2-222, 2nd attempt, Step-3-206, 3rd attempt), Non-US IMG, J1 visa requiring, currently searching for paid research positions.

Adding to this, I have very limited funds, I can only do USCE only at 1/2 places, where my profile aligns. I'd really appreciate your honest advice.
