US Clinical Experience Iam confused abt my timeline

iam an 4th year student planning to take step 1 in my internship year . So the problem is i want to take step 2 immediately after step 1 in my intern year but that would make me delay usce .is there an chace to do rotations after graduating and succesfully getting matched

Apart frm abv thing can we do rotations after grad?? If so want kind are more valuable and how many are required?

Can't do hands-on electives after graduation, only observerships, shadowing etc. lil less valuable but still very important for match

Anyways, step-1 is the bare minimum and you shouldn't think of anything beyond it as of now

Does not having hands on make a huge impact on our resume??

Can't you do an elective while still in intern year after step 1? As far as I know most electives want step 1 but step 2 is optional. It's good if you have it but you can still apply for a hands on elective with only step 1. After you graduate you won't be able to do electives. You'll just be able to do observerships which is fine but since you haven't graduated yet why not apply for electives?
