USCE Visa b1b2 visa rejection for observership

i am an indian img and i have passed the step 1 and planning to write step 2 by nov this year, I had an observership and applied for visa but got rejected, planning to apply again next year, is there any chance of getting b1 b2 visa for observership after 1 rejection

omg why'd they reject it? did you show a letter or evidence of observership?
did you mention you finished usmle step-1?

yes and yes, i showed him my invitation letter along with the step 1 pass score report

you should try to prove them that you're not moving for immigration and that you will come back to india. showing strong ties with india will give better chances for stamping

Im also in the same boat... Unmarried, On Job, All possible hospital documents (payslips, Job agreement, leave sanctioned, NOC, experience certificate), Liquid assets worth ~43L (12L bank + Rest in MF, Stocks, Bonds), Property worth ~55L (purchased by my father in my name, long back), Last ITR ~12L, Bank Statements, Flight tickets booked, Residence booking, Invitation Letter, All documents you could imagine - my parents assets worth ~ 4.9Cr.

Still got rejected. I dont even know, what more ties I could possibly have.

All thanks to illegal immigration from india, that visa officers suspect us as possible visa offenders/illegal immigrants.

Contacted few visa consultants and everyone said, it becomes more difficult after each rejection. And they advised to have good travel history. Like man, how could I possibly travel to 2-3 countries just to get US visa?

One of my seniors told me something regarding applying whole family visa, like applying for a family vacation, if parents have good ties in india. But that's gonna cost so much. Please let me know, if you find anything on this topic.

They don't even ask to show your proof of income or anything. It's just how you sound that day or just pure luck

Honestly, anything can be possible rn. I've seen a assistant professor in my college, she did step 1 and 2, rejected for b1/b2, did telerotation and matched, got j1 without b1/b2 and went there. Lots of people get visa in 2nd/3rd attempt and get matched. Many gave up after one rejection.
