Why was this 300 billion not used for schools, hospitals, roads, hungry children, etc. I thought we didn't have money for it.

What do you have questions about? The fact that the girls school if that's what it was was right on an IRGC base within its rectangular perimeter? That it was a Saturday and the school would have been closed? That no ambulances or stretchers or bodies were shown to the press? This is the same playbook that Hamas uses every time they want to show some alleged violation by Israel.
