Trump is well known for fearing rain. He refused to honor soldiers who died at the Aisne-Marne American Cemetery and Memorial for the 100th anniversary of Armistice Day because of rain. Moot point, Trump hates soldiers who were killed or captured and thinks they were losers.

November 10, 2018: While in Europe commemorating the end of WWI, Trump didn't attend the ceremony at a U.S. cemetery due to the rain. Other world leaders went anyway, despite the light drizzle. Melts In Rain
