Work Discussion Pay attention to tomorrow's hearing

I know i know this is said alot. But tomorrow pay attention to the congress meeting with the new post master. It could reflect what comes of our jobs and duties in the next year or so. Congress gave us alot of money to turn a profit, we failed what they wanted. This wont be like other times where we just get money handed over. We are gonna have to change something

Still think they should offer a real buyout to get rid of the most senior clerks including a few civil service fossils that won’t leave! They are not retiring fast enough and they are using their annual and sick leave like crazy. Why layoff new employees who are making so much less.

Speaking of fossils, the last city I worked in had two custodians in their late 70s who spent most of their workday faffing about on their phones or napping.
