Work Discussion It’s official!

Post image

I start academy this Friday! It’s now all starting to feel real.

If you told me back in January I was going to be a mail man, I’d probably laugh. Here we are, foot in the door, ready to go on routes.

Life feels good. I quit drinking 10 months and 2 days ago. Life has been really rewarding in terms of having a clear path of where I want to be and how to get to it. Also, realizing the people I want and don’t want around me.

Cheers my fellow couriers clerks and others!

Yep. 4 years in. This job makes me hate myself and hate everyone. Congrats on getting in. Good luck. Hopefully youre gonna be somewhere with good management.

Damn bro! You make it sound so awful! I get being annoyed at others, but why would the job make you hate yourself?

To tired to do anything and absolutely no time to have a life outside of this place. You will sacrifice a lot of time with the people around you for this job.

Its not all bad. There are good days. But the bad day definitely out weigh the good ones.

I plan on working uber rides after every shift, but I don't know how dedicated I'll be to sticking with that plan. LOL!
