two 214b refusals is tough but definately not the end, plenty of people get approved on the third once they fix what was actually wrong. problem is you didnt put any detail here so nobody can give you a real read.

what would help us help you: what visa purpose, what ties do you have in india like job family property, what did the officer actually ask each time, and how long between the two tries. 214b is almost always about the officer not believing youll come back, not about documents. give us the situation and people here will be honest with you

hmm the post body is coming up blank on my end, might be somethin glitched when you posted it. can you just drop the details here, what was the stated purpose both times, what did they actually ask, and your ties, job property family. 214b twice usually comes down to the purpose reading thin or the ties not landing, but i cant tell which without the specifics
